Tyson,
Please check your nrpe.conf file...and make sure that command is =
defined...as well as other options such as allowded hosts and server =
port in that file.

Subject: [netsaint] NRPE: Command 'check_disk' not defined

I am trying to run check_disk on a remote machine using nrpe for AIX. I =
can
get it to work from the remote machine by typing in
/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_disk -w 90 -c 80 -p /SYM at the command
prompt. But when I try to type in ./check_nrpe 192.168.40.88 -p 5666 -c
check_disk from my command window on the Nagios server, I receive: =
NRPE:
Command 'check_disk' not defined. I have been pulling my hair out for =
two
days on this although I am sure its a simple fix. If anyone could help,
that would be great. Thanks

Tyson
