I have some problems about external command.

I have set the following options in netsaint.cfg and have read write 
permission for netsaint and apache on /usr/local/netsaint/var/rw

check_external_commands=1
command_check_interval=1
command_file=/usr/local/netsaint/var/rw/commands.cmd

I try the external commands by "add a new comments" for a host, I get:

Your command request was successfully submitted for processing.

Note: It may take a few minutes before the command is actually processed...

Done

But I can't see the result on the comment pages. The other external 
commands is also not effective. Anyone have solution??
