UCD-SNMP (aka Net-SNMP) usually defaults to /usr/local/share/snmp/mibs as
a locations for its mib files..


You can specify the location in snmp.conf 

Just drop your ArcServe MIB files in the directory...

If you are running recent versions of UCD-SNMP make sure ArcServe MIBs do
not have any underscores (illegal) like the HP printer mibs...
