Hey Everyone:

I think I may have run across a possible bug, maybe not, maybe it's a "FEATURE" but \
let me know. Here are excerpts from my conf file:

<--- CONF FILE -->
contact[cmeyer]=Chris-Meyer;24-Hour;24-Hour;1;1;0;1;1;1;service-notify-by-email;host-notify-by-email;xxxxx;
 contact[mbanerje]=Milan-Banerjee;Help-Desk-Hours;Help-Desk-Hours;1;1;0;1;1;1;service-notify-by-email;host-notify-by-email;xxxxxxx;

contactgroup[lab-staff]=Lab-Staff;mbanerje
contactgroup[helpdesk-support]=Helpdesk-Support-Staff;cmeyer

hostgroup[LABS-LPC-Intelliprint]=LABS-LPC-Intelliprint;lab-staff;LPC-LABS-PS
hostgroupescalation[LABS-LPC-Intelliprint]=2-0;helpdesk-support;10

host[LPC-LABS-PS]=LPC-LABS-PS;xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx;LPC-SAC-2N-SWITCH;check-ping;5;10;LAB-LPC7DAY-Hours;1;1;0;

timeperiod[LAB-LPC7DAY-Hours]=LAB-LPC7DAY-Hours;07:00-24:00;07:00-24:00;07:00-24:00;07:00-24:00;07:00-24:00;07:00-24:00;09:00-22:00
 <-- END OF CONF FILE ¯>

What happened last night at 3:00am was LABS-LPC-PS went down. It didn't send out an \
immediate notification as the timeperiod states to not notify after 24:00. However, \
when it came time to do a hostgroupescalation it sent out an email, ignoring the \
timeperiod restrictions on the host itself. It seems to me that it didn't check the \
notification timeperiod restrictions when it came time to do the hostgroup \
escalation.

Does anyone see anything wrong with my conf file?

Let me know!
