Linuxbox/Openavenue is changing its domain from linuxbox.com to 
linuxave.net in the next few days.  As a result, contacting me at 
my netsaint@linuxbox.com address will not work after the end of 
this month.  Hey, mabye I'll actually be able to catch up on all my 
email...

I'll be updating the 0.0.5 and 0.0.6 documentation and code to 
reflect this change.
