And if You a little bit lazy to read the ipv6 rfc's to find something,
I sent an URL to the list with the subject 'ipv6 short description'. 
Format and protocol description with rfc numbers.

(The defrag timeout is 60sec, then ICMP_TimeExc_FragReassTimeExc.)
