In /usr/pkg/etc/pkgin/repositories.conf:

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/amd64/7.0/All

# pkgin install evince3
reading local summary...
processing local summary...
processing remote summary
(ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/amd64/7.0/All)...

It does not go beyond this point. There is no network activity either.

Same result if I run "pkgin update"

Any hints?
