Yep, I could check if the interrupt condition is cleared
by the kbc status register read on "standard" machine. If it is
cleared, seems like the kbc on (my) PS/2 is slighly broken ...

Can a device using edge triggered interrupts ~permanently hold
"interrupt occured" state?
This _could_ be a MCA-specific (ore level-triggered interrupt specific)
problem ...
