I've just submitted a set of patches to PR/39021 that implement user- specified 
warning limits in addition to the existing critical limits.

I'd appreciate it if some of the more knowledgeable folks could take a look at 
these patches (also attached to this Email) and see if they appear reasonable. 
Maybe they're suitable for being committed?

Note that there's still a fundamental flaw with the sysmon_envsys stuff as 
pointed out on this list earlier, and documented now in kern/39022, whereby 
multiple events can be reported by a single sensor value change.
If people here think it's worthwhile, I'd be happy to try and come up with an 
appropriate fix for that one, too.
