For the records, I've found a source for more or less reasonably  
priced VRAM modules for the LX, which would allow it to do up to  
1600x1200, which ( in my opinion at least ) would turn an LX into a  
useful debugging head ( sure, a 50MHz Microsparc is slow but it's more  
than capable enough to run nedit and a bunch of xterms ).
oempcworld.com sells them for $10. No affiliation, I just thought some  
people here might be interested since these modules ( and other  
obscure Sun gear ) are otherwise pretty much made of unobtainium and  
priced accordingly.
