Now after mount command I see

  REQUEST_SENSE failed, error 0x24, previous 0x0
  REQUEST_SENSE failed, error 0x64, previous 0x20070

After running cp -Rp mount_point /tmp I see

  REQUEST_SENSE failed, error 0x44, previous 0x0

Then 

  cd0(viaide0:1:0): undecodable sense error for opcode 0x28, data= 0x44 0x00 0x00 0x00

and disk is not ejected.
