Hi Mayuresh,
Here's an image for the n900 which you can try, I put it together
somewhile back with netbsd-6 tree and khorben's n900 branch (kernel)
It was extremely unstable but it booted.

I cant recall if the image above has a u-boot or not (or you have to
supply your own)
