Build of gnu/lib/libgcc3 fails to "make depend" (Aug 27, Aug28) when
building on i386-netbsd for powerpc-netbsd.
nbmake: Graph cycles through tramp.S

apparently powerpc.mk includes:
G_LIB2ADD=tramp.S
and
-DHAVE_GTHR_DEFAULT
but the config in gnu/dist/gcc/gcc fails to build these.
(this all in freshly cvs populated build tree)
removing both from powerpc.mk seems to make it happier.
