The whole system  (xfce, mozilla etc.) does feel faster, mozilla is
almost screaming :-) I'll try some silly "benchmarks" when I have
the time.

Previously: 21164@500MHz, plenty of memory. Completely unusable. Gave up,
moved back to netscape. Now it's usable on an Alphaserver 1000
(21064@233MHz, >300MB mem). Biggest software induced performance boost
I've seen. Ever.

4 seconds, including page rendering and downloading for
http://www.theregister.co.uk on an AS 1000. Quite impressive.
