If a st device is listed in the quirks table /sys/dev/scsipi/st.c prints "rogue". \
This isn't very intuitive. One basically needs to grep the source for this message to \
see what it really means.

So change this to something like "quirks apply". This makes the message immeadiately \
understandable.
