Actually, 1.5.0 is supposed to default to did=last. We're not ready to throw
production servers onto CNID. If someone wants to use CNID, they can, but
all official packages ought to default to last.

So you'd dispense with --with-db3=/usr/lib, and change the did switch to
--with-did=last.
