All,

what are the required (recommended) versions of the Berkeley db to be =

used with Netatalk 3.0.x / 3.1.x these days?

I am asking because I see 3.0.8 built with db 4.8 break on NetBSD 6 =

when trying to mount a share. This is similar to the cnid_metad output =

reported in =

against Netatalk 2.2.1, and it does not happen when built with db 5.3. =

Apparently db 4.8 in this scenario is unable to create a database from =

scratch.

If Netatalk is expected to work with db 4.8 still, I'll be happy to =

provide detailed information.
