 I don't think this is netatalk's doing. I've been doing multiple
simultaneous logins with netatalk for years, with it mostly 'out of the
box'.

 I suspect it's in the Authentication back end in the 'Clark Connect'
suite that is enforcing single logins, with PAM rules perhaps ?
