First of all, netSnmpExampleInteger.0 is not an object; it is the
instantiation of an object. You can only do snmptranslate on objects.
netSnmpExampleInteger is an object. On the other hand you can only do
snmpget on instantiation of objects. The values, in this case an integer are
assigned to instatiation of objects. This way a host has multiple
instantiation of the same object (in general .0 .1 .2 .3 etc)
