Unfortunately, the disman ping and traceroute mibs haven't been given
much love lately.  The initial implementation was said to be working but
hasn't been tested much since then.  The in6.h and ipv6.h files couldn't
be added because they were from the linux headers (if I recall) and were
GPLed and thus couldn't be included with the BSD based Net-SNMP
package.  You might try changing the includes to linux/in6.h and see if
that works.
