I referred README.snmpv3; I understood everything but very first step.
It says CREATING THE FIRST USER: net-snmp-config --create-snmpv3-user -a
"my_password" myuser
How and where do we set this?
I am working on windows XP.

Have you tried using the command-line tools with SNMPv3 settings?
I'd suggest you check that's working first, before moving on to coding
things yourself. (If that's what you're talking about).
