Summary: agent returns 0 for process id in tcp and udp mib

Initial Comment:
uname: Linux 2.6.18.2-34-default
Distribution: OpenSUSE 10.2
NET-SNMP version: 5.5.dev (CVS 2007/Feb/23)
configuration: --enable-ipv6

Problem Description:

The object tcpConnectionProcess and tcpListenerProcess of \
tcp-mib seems to return 0 by default instead of process id as described in RFC 4022.

The object udpEndpointProcess of udp-mib seems to return 0 by \
default instead of process id as described in RFC 4113.

Solution:

The above problem is due to lack of an api to fetch the process id. This is \
implemented as a separate patch.

tcp_connection_listener_process.patch : Is a hack to call the api with input \
parameters.

udp_endpoint_process.patch : Is a hack to call the api with input parameters.

pid_fetch_util.patch : Is the api implementation.

Note : The api code placement is currently in agent/mibgroup/util_funcs.c . This can \
be changed as per the maintainers need. Please let me know if the change is required. \
