Summary: fix tcp/udpTable for NetBSD

Initial Comment:
snmpd cannot load tcp/udp table correctly.

host 192.168.0.1 listens the port 22,23,199,2601,2602
  % snmpwalk -v2c -c public 192.168.0.1 TCP-
MIB::tcpConnState
  TCP-MIB::tcpConnState.0.0.0.0.23.0.0.0.0.0 =
INTEGER: listen(2)
 %

After applied the patch.
  % snmpwalk -v2c -c public 192.168.0.1 TCP-
MIB::tcpConnState
  TCP-MIB::tcpConnState.0.0.0.0.22.0.0.0.0.0 =
INTEGER: listen(2)
  TCP-MIB::tcpConnState.0.0.0.0.23.0.0.0.0.0 =
INTEGER: listen(2)
  TCP-MIB::tcpConnState.0.0.0.0.199.0.0.0.0.0 =
INTEGER: listen(2)
  TCP-MIB::tcpConnState.0.0.0.0.2601.0.0.0.0.0 =
INTEGER: listen(2)
  TCP-MIB::tcpConnState.0.0.0.0.2602.0.0.0.0.0 =
INTEGER: listen(2)
 %

I created the patch based on "inet.c" included in netstat
sources.

Reopening as it's quite likely this problem still affects
current code. See this bug report on -coders:

Still waiting for a retest with a later release, now
preferrably 5.2.2.pre3. Setting item to "Pending".

Can you verify your problem/patch with 5.1.3.1 and/or
5.2.1.2, please?

5.1.1 is quite old. Can you try 5.1.3.pre1?
