Summary: test cases for accessing RFC-1213MIB variable in linux

Initial Comment:
These test cases(324) are used to test for accessing 
RFC-1213MIB variable with SNMPv1,v2c,and v3.
Anyone interested can try it.
To run test:
cd net-snmp-5.0.7/testing/linuxtest
then ./run
To patch:
cd net-snmp-5.0.7/
patch -p1 --dry-run<../mibtest.patch

Note on test_51.tar.gz:
Here is a slight modification of the original, presented as
a gzip compressed tar file.
The changes integrate the tests with the net-snmp testing suite.

The linuxtest directory is renamed to rfc1213.
There is a tests/T16* stub for each of  testmibN.sh.

Each snmpget/snmptable call is represented as a dot ".",
unless the tests are invoked with "-V", which will
display the object name as the original test scripts did.
If a failure is registered (CAPTURE result != 0), then
the object name is displayed regardless.

Also, the summary is displayed only if the number of
passed tests is not equal to the total number of tests.

Todo:  The snmpv3 test setup can be changed to provide more
  auth-priv options.
  Perhaps more MIB objects can be added.

  Test RUNTESTS -x option
