Summary: Win32 callback transport fix

Initial Comment:
This patch enables callback transport support for the 
Win32 platform. This results in getting also the agentX 
protocol working under Win32.

Note that this patch enables all agentx related modules 
under Win32 in the config files.

Please review cbtransport.patch.
Patches main CVS branch.

Please describe the test that will prove it works;
I have little experience with the callback transport.

dos2unixed everything first, I think now only the changed 
lines are included.

Unfortunately, the files you compared used different
line ending conventions, so the 'diff' effectively consisted
of the *whole* file.

Do you have a version that just includes the lines that
were actually changed?

Also note that the patch does not include the necessary 
changes to the windows dsp files. The necessary changes to 
the libsnmp and libsnmp_dll projects are:
Adding winpipe.c and winpipe.h.
