Initial Comment:
This fixes the bug where a long oid will be printed as:

./.(.): value

by having the buffer sizes in snmplib/mib.c be relative
to MAX_OID_LEN as defined in include/net-snmp/definitions.h

Most of you are probably lucky enough to never run in
to oids this big but for those of us who aren't...
