Initial Comment:

Here's a bunch of project patches that I needed to get 
both the regular and sdk workspaces to compile.  It 
should be documented somewhere that the Release 
builds need to link against the "Multithreaded DLL" 
runtime library because the regular "Multithreaded" 
library doesn't seem to export the symbols "__pctype" 
or "___mb_cur_max" correctly.

Here's a brief list of what these patches cover:

  win32.dsw/win32sdk.dsw:
     Fixed snmpd/snmpdsdk project dependencies to 
correct projects (libagent, libhelpers, libsnmp, 
netsnmpmibs[sdk])

  netsnmpmibs[sdk].dsw:
    several source files (agentx) were not being compiled 
in debug build.

  snmpd[sdk].dsw:
    Added iphlpapi.lib to list of include libs

Added "Source Files" and "Header Files" folders to 
several projects:
  libagent
  libhelpers
  libsnmp
  snmpd
  snmpdsdk

I created each patch file using the command:
   cvs diff -u {filename} >> {patchfile}

where patchfile is {filename}.5-0-8.patch

I created a tar.gz file where all the patch files are located 
in the same directory in which they exist in cvs; e.g.
   net-snmp/win32/win32.dsw.5-0-8.patch

Uploading smaller patch files.  Passed -b -B to diff to ignore 
blank lines/whitespace.
