Summary: snmpbulkwalk timeouts

Initial Comment:
On Linux we're seeing timeouts when doing a bulk walk
on the entire tree.

It turns out that there are two problems.

 1.	In hr_print.c, we run lpstat to get a list of
printers (we moved from LPRng to CUPS lately)
The output of lpstat is not cached however.

 2.	In hr_disk.c, all potential disk devices are
openend one at a time. With CDROM devices
this can take quite some time on Linux because
it tries to detect the media; so the drive spins up
and tries to read the CD.

This can be avoided by opening the device
	with O_NDELAY.

I'm attaching the patch we've applied.

Cheers
Olaf
