Summary: Darwin UCD memory and vmstat patches

Initial Comment:
In order to enable the UCDavis 'memory' and 'vmstat'
trees in the ucdavis MIB, four files were added and
one existing file was changed.

I copied agent/mibgroup/ucd-snmp/memory_freebsd2.? to
agent/mibgroup/ucd-snmp/memory_darwin1.?
Similarly, I copied agent/mibgroup/ucd-
snmp/vmstat_freebsd2.? to agent/mibgroup/ucd-
snmp/vmstat_darwin1.?

These new files needed minor changes. These are
detailed in the attached diff output.

agent/mibgroup/ucd_snmp.h needed the following lines
added:
config_arch_require(darwin1, ucd-snmp/memory_darwin1)
config_arch_require(drawin1, ucd-snmp/vmstat_darwin1)

I've attached the diff output comparing the ucd-
snmp/*freebsd2.? files to the corresponding ucd-
snmp/*darwin1.? files.
