Summary: MIB-II support for Windows

Initial Comment:
Requirements 
  Windows NT/2000 or later: Requires Windows NT 4.0 
SP4 or later.
  Windows 95/98/Me: Requires Windows 98 or later.
  Header: Declared in Iphlpapi.h.
  Library: Use Iphlpapi.lib


Files changed are under winSupport.zip


Changes Made to net-snmp version 4.2.1:
1. Some of the header files which were not under 
HAVE_<HEADER> defines are put 
   under HAVE_<HEADER> defines.
   Ex: For <netinet>/ip.h, HAVE_NETINET_IP_H
2. Included winsock.h
3. "mibincl.h" and "util_funcs.h" included after all 
statndard/system includes.
   (For some groups it was at the beginning and was 
giving error for WIN32. 
    Thats why it must be included after <winsock.h>, 
which contains typedef for 
    u_long etc.)
4. var_<group> and var_<group>Entry functions for tcp, 
udp, ip & icmp groups. 
   These functions are under #ifdef WIN32 define.



After making changes tested only on Windows 2000 
professional, as UNIX/Linux code not touched(except 
adding HAVE_INCLUDE define) it should work fine.

I've extracted the files from the archive, stripped the
trailing ^M characters and diffed against 4.2.1 to produce
the patch file below.
