If a GETBULK hits the end of the MIB tree, make sure any empty varbinds
are returned as 'endOfMibView' exceptions, rather than (.0.0 = NULL)

If *all* the repeating varbinds hit the end of the MIB tree, truncate
after the first full empty row.
