When the agent is shutdown, it should unregister all MIBs automatically.
If you need to do extra processing on shutdown, then declare a routine

   'shutdown_XXX'

(using the same token as 'init_XXX') and re-run configure.
The agent should then invoke this routine when it shuts down.
