Thats correct, it is simply --with-openssl=path.  It *may*
find it automatically for you if the default paths it checks
includes where you have it installed so you *may* not need
it.

I believe it's simply

	configure --with-openssl=/usr/local/ssl

(or wherever you've installed the OpenSSL suite to).
