Details: openssl is installed in /development/utils/ssl. ran
./configure --prefix=/development/utils
--with-openssl=/development/utils/ssl (not sure if that's how configure
should be directed to find openssl...)

Anyway, the make is running fine until:

cc -g -Daix4 -I. -I../.. -I. -I./../.. -I./../../snmplib -I./.. -I.. -c
mibII/tcp.c  -DPIC
"/usr/include/netinet/tcp_var.h", line 88.25: 1506-045 (S) Undeclared

TCPTV_REXMTMAX.
make: 1254-004 The error code from the last command is 1.
