Initial Comment:
When doing a walk, tkmib will show the oid instead of the value.

The problem appears to be that the variables at the top of package SNMP::Varbind in \
SNMP.pm were changed to be 'my' variables, so they aren't visible in tkmib.  The fix \
is to use the subroutines SNMP::Varbind::tag(), SNMP::Varbind::iid() and \
SNMP::Varbind::val() instead of indexing into the structure using $tag_f, $iid_f and \
$val_f.   The patches for the latest version are included
