Summary: Many warnings in log

Initial Comment:
I used net-snmp 5.4.3 on Linux router distro, that have disabled swap and acts as \
PPTP/PPPoE server. And net-snmp daemon floods many warnings in log. There are 2 \
kinds of warnings: 1st - about missing lines pgpgin/pgpgout in /proc/vmstat, that are \
missed because system has no swap support, and other - "error on subcontainer \
'ia_addr' insert (-1)" About 1st warning - I just patched net-snmp to remove these \
warnings, but it's flaw in code that must be fixed(code has variable that must \
disable logging of same errors, but this variable mistakenly initialized to true at \
start of function - so it's unuseful); and 2nd warning is still present - I think \
it's because tunnel interfaces have same address at server side. And on 2nd warning - \
is there some resolution for it? As mentioned in bug 1693039, there messages will go \
to debug leveel in fresh 5.4.x - but I still saw them in log.
