Summary: Netsnmp not responding for usmStatsNotInTimeWindow

Initial Comment:
We have a stub code which sends 6 requests using SNMPv3 to the target MFP(snmpv3 \
device). 1. After sending 3 requests, Restart the MFP(snmp device) and wait for MFP \
to reboot completely. 2. Then send the remaining 3 requests to MFP
    3. I Observe that remaining(last 3) SNMPv3 requests are failed .(I am getting \
timeout error ).
when i see in ethereal(network analyser tool) my stack is not sending the encrypted \
pdu with correct engine time and engine boot .Thereby remote device sends \
"usmStatsNotInTimeWindow" windows error.
Please let me know how can I modify my code to receive the response properly even \
after the restart of MFP.

Important Notes:
Please find attached ethereal logs(filter for snmp) and netsnmp stub code(My Sample \
Application) . My HostIP is 172.29.240.171 and MFP IP is 172.29.240.47
Before restarting the MFP :
I am able to send and reveive requests properly (# 85-90 in ethreal).
After restarting the MFP and it is booted sucessfully:
I am getting timout error for further requests (Id:13724-13765)
SNMPV3 Retry, I have given as 4.

Message:
Thanks for the logs. They've shown me positively that the agent is
broken. When it reboots it is restarting it's SNMPv3 boots and time
values at 1 again. This is illegal and is the source of your problems.
You need to contact the device vendor and get them to fix the problem in
their software. It's not Net-SNMP's fault.

(if you look through the logs you can see the point where the
engineboots is at 1 and some number (30 and then something larger) and
then suddenly it is back to 1 and 15, which means it's going back in
time. That "1" should be "2" instead to fix the problem. SNMPv3
requires persistent data storage on the device for the protocol to work
properly.
