Summary: snmptrapd hang

Initial Comment:
I am configuring snmptrap to send traps. I can send trap version 1 and 2c but not \
version 3. 

Problems:

- After one trap version 3 has been sent, semptrapd just blocks. Here is the command \
                I used to start snmptrapd:
- Trap version 1 and 2 can be forwarded to another trap receiver in another machine. \
But I can not forward trap version 3.  
sudo /opt/snmp/sbin/snmptrapd -M /usr/local/share/snmp/mibs -m ALL -c \
/usr/local/share/snmp/snmptrapd.conf

And here is the command I used to send SNMP trap version 3:

sudo snmptrap -v 3 -M /usr/local/share/snmp/mibs -m ALL -a SHA -A password1234 -x AES \
-X password1234 -l authPriv -u traptest -e 0x8000000001020304 localhost 0 \
IF-MIB::linkUp.0

Version information:
- OS: Ubuntus 8.04
- Net-snmp: Version 5.4.2.1. Compiled with openssl supported. Openssl version:  \
                libssl-dev version 0.9.8g-4-ubuntu
- Remote machine (Windows XP SP3) using Trap Receiver software version 6.50. URL:
http://www.trapreceiver.com

Message:
Please kindly close this bug. I have discovered the reason. My network
blocks SNMP v3 traps. And snmptrapd will hang in this case. This was
mentioned at the end of the snmptrapd.conf manual.
 
We are looking forward to new version of snmptrapd.
