Summary: 32bit snmpd returns 0 PerfMem val of 64bit apps. Solaris

Initial Comment:
net-snmp compiled as 32 bit binary returns zero for the hrSwRunPerfMem field of 64 \
bit applications on the host. This is an artifact of the Solaris operating system. \
The value read from the /proc/<PID>/psinfo struct differs in size for 32 bit and 64 \
bit applications. If a 32 bit binary tries to access the data from a 64 bit \
application, the OS fills in 0.

A workaround is possible using the 15 bit percentage of memory usage that is \
available in the same struct. The resolution of the returned value is obviously lower \
than in native 64 bit mode, but is better than nothing. Usage of this field may \
become clear in the patch I added.
