Summary: the first parameter of date_n_time() function is not const

Initial Comment:
u_char         *
date_n_time(time_t * when, size_t * length);

parameter when is never changed so I suppose it should be const.

/BR, Alexander

Message:
Thanks for the bug report!
We've fixed the problem in the main development
tree (SVN trunk), so it should be fixed in the next major
release of the Net-SNMP package.
