on giving snmpset command i m getting error as:

Error in packet.
Reason: resourceUnavailable (This is likely a out-of-memory failure within the agent)
Failed object: 

Please help soon.........

What *exactly* have you tried (full command-line)? What configuration
settings (snmpd.conf)? What configure options ("net-snmp-config
--configure-options")?
