Initial Comment:
Net-SNMP v5.3.0.1 running on Linux 2.4.x or 2.6.x.

snmpd always returns the value 0 for the 
ifHighSpeed column.

Note: This is a similar problem to bug 1474468.

Examination of source code reveals that the value 
returned is not tied to the "real" data, which seems 
to be the speed_high field of the corresponding 
netsnmp_interface_entry struct.

The attached patch should fully fix this problem.

someone.  Thanks!  fixed in future releases.
