Summary: snmptable -Cf columns skipped

Initial Comment:
The output from snmptable using the -Cf option to use
character separation for each column entry
intermittently  placed some entries in the incorrect
columns (columns are skipped).
The attached files show the output from snmptable and
snmpwalk (to show the difference, and prove the agent
is not at fault).

C:\usr\bin>snmptable -v2c -c public -Cf , -Ci server
tsCallTable > tsCallTable.csv

C:\usr\bin>snmpwalk -v2c -c public -Ci server
tsCallTable > walk_tsCallTable.csv

The "callFirstTransferLocation" column only has a few
entries: snmptable has added a column on the end with
no column label, so most rows have skipped
"callFirstTransferLocation".

Can you reproduce this problem with one of the standard
tables, or does it just affect your private MIB?  It's going
to be difficult to track down and fix the underlying cause,
if we can't reproduce the problem ourselves.
