Initial Comment:
5.1.4.pre2 and current 5.1.x CVS fail in "make
install", at least when build dir is different from
source dir:

Running nsb-package  -r -b
/home/users/t/ta/tanders/build/V5-1-patches/amd64-linux1
-s /home/users/t/ta/tanders/src/net-snmp-V5-1-patches
V5-1-patches
Running build in
/home/users/t/ta/tanders/build/V5-1-patches/amd64-linux1
Running host amd64-linux1
Running platform Linux_2.6.9-1.667smp_x86_64
Running config-dist
Running make all
Running make test
Running make install
/usr/bin/install: cannot stat `mibgroup/util_funcs.h':
No such file or directory

This currently breaks nightly builds on all SF compile
farm machines.
