Summary: snmpusm cannot manage snmptrapd's usmUserTable

Initial Comment:
snmpusm (in all branches) currently isn't able to
manipulate (e.g. by "snmpusm ... create USER")
snmptrapd's usmUserTable, because it uses the (probed)
engineID of the *agent* to construct the oids in the SET.

Suggestions to improve snmpusm have been made on IRC: 
http://www.net-snmp.org/support/irc/net-snmp.log.2005-10-13.html

"Thanks" to bug #1333648 one workaround is to use:

snmpusm -E <snmptrapd's engineID> ...

but that's just exploiting a bug and thus will stop
working soon.

A fix (introducing a "-CE ENGINE-ID" option) has been
committed to CVS MAIN and will appear in 5.3.

The fix for 5.2.x will be delayed until after 5.2.2 and will
appear in 5.2.3. I'm leaving this bug open until the fix has
been committed to V5-2-patches.
