Summary: netstat -a  services names are cut short

Initial Comment:
Net-SNMP all versions, windows, MSVC++-built

snmpnetstat does not show enough of the services name.
Suggest increasing the allotment for services by 4,
and reducing the allotment for hostname by 4

this change may not be suitable for releases made from older
branches.

Thanks for the bug report!  We've fixed the problem in the
main development tree, so it should be fixed in the 5.2 release
of the net-snmp package.
