Summary: problem bulding perl module in windows 

Initial Comment:
When I did a 
"perl net-snmp/Makefile.PL CAPI=TRUE [-NET-SNMP- 
PATH=/usr]" 

I get the following error : 

Unknown option: net-snmp-path 
Writing Makefile for NetSNMP::default_store 
&#039;net-snmp-config&#039; is not recognized as an internal or 
external command, 
operable program or batch file. 
&#039;net-snmp-config&#039; is not recognized as an internal or 
external command, 
operable program or batch file. 
ERROR from evaluation of E:\Temp\net-snmp-5.0.8.pre1 
\perl\ASN/Makefile.PL: You need to install net-snmp 
first (I can&#039;t find net-snmp-config) at ./Makefile.PL line 
36. 

I had successfully built the net-snmp using VC++ 6.0, 
and there is a "snmpconf" file installed in the /usr 
directory. 


I tried on net-snmp version 5.0.7 and 5.0.8.pre1.
I am using ActivePerl v5.8.0 on windows 2000.

Any idea ?

This problem is fixed in net-snmp-5.1.1
