Summary: PROXY functionality doesn't work on HP-UX - (<= v5.1) 

Initial Comment:
I have found out that proxy configuration directive 
doesn't work on HP-UX environment. I did try exact 
configuration on our linux box and it works perfectly. 

NetSNMP versions affected at least 5.0.8,5.0.9,5.1 and 
all 'unstable' releases between these releases.

Below are attachments and information about used 
environment. I'm willing to help on testing this one.

It seems that problem reported has something to do with the 
parsing of the proxy directive. Following attachment is from 
log file of our working proxy(linux) setup.

By comparing the lines can be seen that on HP-UX there is 
one 'empty' value and the last argument is lost. It is very 
likely loosing the last one because of the empty value.
