In row.c Ln 625

ROWDATAAPI_init 
should added
    scrlr->data_stored = 0;
to init the data_stored value, otherwise, an unexcepted 
error will occurs if RMON entry is created using this API

For example, I found that the etherHistory may get in-
corrected datat since the data_stored is in-correct.
