Initial Comment:
Dynamic memory overrun
Copying 43 bytes to a block allocated in e:\net-snmp-5.1
\net-snmp-5.1\snmplib\mib.c (2080)
Starting offset: 0, destination size: 42 bytes


Code fails to account for the separator character.

lines 2058, 2080 & 2384 need to changed to add one 
more byte to the allocation request.
